In a nutshell
Looking for an opportunity to engage with contemporary art and learn the ropes of e-commerce marketing? We are looking for interns to assist in strengthening our customer acquisition plan, starting immediately for a minimum of 3 months. He or she will work closely with ArtWeLove team to analyze our current results (traffic, sales conversion) and refine our key customer segment and acquisition costs goals. Candidates will lead the development of a targeted social media and digital media plan designed to grow immediately the company's sales.
Interns work a minimum of 2 days a week in our office. This is an unpaid position. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and ambitious as our internships often lead to full time positions. He or she must have outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and above all love art and the Internet (and understand why the two go very well together.)
Experience with social media marketing
Experience in online, e-commerce or email-newsletter marketing and customer acquisition and conversion programs.
Is fluent with metrics-based analysis.
Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Has the ability to balance strategic goals and tactical requirements.
Has expertise building marketing models to help us better know our collectors.

Month-long contract, potential full time. Junior, Mid, and Senior levels may apply. Rates negotiable. We need to get some work done under a budget and timeframe. If you're an exceptional senior person and can do it in 2 weeks - rad. If you're a Junior and can do it in 6 weeks - that could work.
