Colombian-born artist Juan Eduardo Gomez uses the human form in its most expressive moments. Through both his abstract and figurative paintings, Gomez communicates the movement of the human body in its essential form. Juan Edurardo Gomez received a Bachelor in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. He has exhibited his work at Audiello Fine Arts (New York), CUE Art Foundation (New York), Art in General (New York), Lombard-Freid (New York), the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum (Ridgefield, CT), Bronx Museum (New York), and Diverse Works (Texas). His exhibitions have been reviewed in Art in America, The New York Times, The New York Sun, ArtNexus, and zingmagazine.
